Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using USPS, UPS, or DHL (for international shipments) depending on the shipping method you choose.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING (FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES)
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using USPS, UPS, or DHL (for international shipments) depending on the shipping method you choose. A flat rate shipping fee of $40.00 applies to orders shipping express (delivery within 1-2 business days upon shipping).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We offer international shipping to the following countries at this time:
Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and United Kingdom
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated (via USPS or DHL) and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vespr is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@vespractive.com or text us at +1(323)813-8539 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
