Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you would like to update the style/color/size or shipping address, please send us an email at hello@vespractive.com with the new info before the parcel is shipped.

Cancellations are accepted only before your order is shipped out. If you need to cancel, please email us at hello@vespractive.com as soon as possible before we ship your parcel.

Yes we ship internationally. However, we do not offer free shipping for international shipments (including taxes, duties, and international processing).

Parcels are usually delivered in within the estimated timeframe. However, natural disasters such as weather conditions and other circumstances beyond our control may cause delays. 

In addition, some items may be out of stock due to high demand in peak seasons. We might need to split your order into multiple parcels and have everything in stock shipped first. If an item you have purchased is out of stock, we will inform you via email and have the remainder of your order dispatched as soon as they have been restocked.
